She is a skilled and detail-driven paralegal whose precision in title examination plays a vital role in keeping files accurate and on track.
In addition to her professional work, Arran served as an Aerographer’s Mate First Class in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where she developed the discipline, adaptability, and sharp analytical skills that continue to shape her approach today. Her inquisitive mindset and strong Qualia expertise make her a go-to resource for the team when navigating complex title work.
Outside of the office, Arran is a wife, mom of two, grandmother, and devoted cat mom. Her wide range of life experiences has made her a true life expert—bringing perspective, depth, and quiet leadership to everything she touches at Key Title.
Processor & Closing Agent
Cameron Hinton brings a determined and dependable presence to Key Title as a Processor and Closing Agent. With a background in law enforcement, he thrives under pressure and approaches every file with a calm, persistent drive to see it through. Whether he’s following up on a title issue or making sure documents stay on track, Cameron is known for doing what it takes to get the job done.
In just a short time, he’s proven himself to be a fast learner and a valued team player—always ready to step in and support wherever needed. His focus on client service and his unshakable follow-through make him a trusted point of contact for colleagues and clients alike.

Justin Huggins is the Co-Owner of Key Title & Escrow, LLC, where he combines his background in business and real estate with his legal training to shape the future of the company. Currently an L3 law student at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Justin is preparing to become the firm’s closing attorney upon graduating in May 2026 and passing the bar exam.
At Key Title, Justin’s role focuses on strategic growth and legal oversight, bringing a forward-thinking perspective to both client needs and industry changes. His vision is to expand the firm’s ability to serve investors, homeowners, and nonprofits with trusted legal and title expertise under one roof.
Outside of the office, Justin is a devoted husband and father who values family, education, and community. With a blend of business acumen and legal training, he is poised to lead Key Title into its next chapter.
Escrow Officer
Shalyn Graff is a dedicated Escrow Officer at Key Title & Escrow, LLC, with over four years of experience in the title industry. A 2018 graduate of the University of North Georgia, she has built a reputation for her strong attention to detail, determination, and a “can-do” attitude that helps guide clients smoothly through every step of the closing process.
Known for her reliability and thoroughness, Shalyn is passionate about making real estate transactions as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her drive to succeed and commitment to exceptional service make her a trusted partner for realtors, lenders, and homebuyers alike.

Vanessa Shropshire is the Director of Operations at Key Title & Escrow, LLC, where she has been a vital part of the team since May 2020. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate title industry, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to her role. She firmly believes that customer service is key and that knowledge is power—principles that guide her approach to every transaction and team interaction.
Known for her warm personality and love of a good laugh, Vanessa balances her professional life with a vibrant family life. She is happily married and a proud mother of seven. Outside the office, she cherishes time with her family, especially on their boat, creating lasting memories on the water. Her day always starts with her favorite ritual—coffee.

With over two decades of combined real estate and business experience, Megan co-founded Key Title with the vision of creating a client-focused, investor-friendly title company that brings both professionalism and approachability to every transaction.
While she is not involved in the day-to-day operations, Megan steps in on complex files and high-level matters where her deep industry knowledge and problem-solving skills shine.
